Kids Harbour - Mama and Me Summer Workshop
Mama and Me Summer Workshop! is a heartwarming three-day experience designed to strengthen the emotional connection between parent and child through movement, mindfulness, and play. Each session blends gentle yoga-inspired physical activities, engaging sensory tasks, and moments of shared reflection to encourage empathy, emotional growth, and joyful bonding. A perfect opportunity to pause, connect, and grow together.
