Mind Wellness offers a weekly class designed to help children to enhance their focus, concentration, and emotional calm. Through ancient and spiritual techniques inspired by the Bhagavad Gita, the sessions incorporate Tratak (candle gazing), sound meditation, and mantra chanting to support mental stillness and clarity. Led by spiritual guide Eesha Lkhwani, this program helps children develop tools to manage distraction and channel their inner potential in a nurturing environment.
