Buzz Rules – What You Need to Know Before We Promote
1. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely and accurate promotion, clients must share all required creatives (images, videos, reels) and text content well in advance.
BeeBuddy is not responsible for delays or missed timelines caused by incomplete or late submissions.
Please note: This is a promotion service, not a design service. You know your school/programs best — kindly provide ready-to-use creatives that represent your classes exactly the way you want.
2. No Guaranteed Leads
We significantly boost your visibility among parents, but this service does not guarantee admissions, inquiries, or leads. The purpose is increased awareness and reach.
3. Scope & Changes
If your promotion requires custom elements or specific creative/technical inputs, please inform us before scheduling.
Changes requested after confirmation may impact timelines or incur additional charges.
4. Payments
All payments must be made as per the agreed schedule.
Full payment is required before the campaign goes live.
5. Agreement Confirmation
Your payment or written approval (email/WhatsApp) serves as confirmation that you agree to BeeBuddy’s pricing, timelines, and terms.
6. Working Timings
BeeBuddy’s team is available Monday–Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM for support and queries.
Posts/Reels scheduled outside working hours will be planned in advance.
7. Scheduling & Publishing
Promotions are scheduled based on available slots in our content calendar.
While we strive to accommodate preferred dates, exact publishing slots cannot be guaranteed without early notice.
8. Content Standards
All submitted content must be appropriate, respectful, and aligned with BeeBuddy’s brand values.
We reserve the right to decline or request modifications to content that does not meet our standards.
9. Revisions
One round of minor edits is included after content submission.
Multiple or major revisions may involve additional charges.
10. Promotion Period
Each promotion is valid only for the duration mentioned in the plan.
Extensions or continued promotion will require a renewal or upgraded plan.
11. Platform Use
Your promotions may appear across BeeBuddy’s website, social media platforms, WhatsApp broadcasts, newsletters, or partner channels, depending on your chosen package.
12. Non-Refundable Policy
All promotional plan payments are non-refundable.
Once a promotion is confirmed and scheduled, refunds cannot be issued — even in cases of delayed or incomplete content submissions from the client.
13. Confidentiality
Any sensitive information shared for promotional purposes will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed without your consent.
